Orifice Valves Orifice type gas lift valves are used for continuous flow applications. The flow of injection gas from the casing annulus passes through the orifice and into the tubing. A dual stage reverse flow check is included as an integral feature. OV-1.0R is a 1" fixed orifice valve with available, replaceable orifice sizes from 8/64ths to 24/64ths. OV-1.5R is a 1½" fixed orifice valve with available, replaceable orifice sizes from 12/64ths to 32/64ths. CRO-1.5R is a 1½" constant rate, critical flow orifice with available, replaceable orifices in various sizes up to 24/64ths. All products listed are currently available from BST Lift Systems.
