BST's CRO-1.5R wireline retrievable 1½" constant rate, critical flow orifice injection gas lift valve is used for continuous flow application.  The flow of injection gas from the casing annulus passes through a constant rate venturi type orifice and into the tubing.  A full-flow reverse check valve is included as an integral feature.

Injection gas enters the valve through the external ports between the valve packing sets and travels through the constant rate venturi orifice, through the full-flow check valve and into the production conduit.

The full-flow check valve allows unhindered gas passage and uses a dual seating system, with an elastomeric primary seal and a metal-to-metal backup as back flow pressure increases.

Features include:

•  Constant rate venturi orifice maintains injection at stable flow rates when the differential pressure exceeds 10% of the upstream pressure.

•  Standard construction of 17-4 PH stainless steel, with monel and other premium materials optional.

•  Replaceable orifice, available in sizes from 12/64ths to 24/64ths.

•  Integral, full-flow check valve.

•  Wireline retrievable, using RK, K-1.5, R, RA, or similar top latches.
