            Pilot Valves

BST's Pilot Valves allow a large volume of injection gas to rapidly be injected into the production string in intermittent gas lift operations.  The injection gas first enters the pilot section and compresses the bellows, which lifts the stem off the seat and directs pressure to the power section.  This opens the power section and injects gas through the larger master ported power section.  When the injection pressure draws down, the small ported pilot section closes, and the power section spring then closes the master port.  Pilot valves are used for unloading and for intermittent gas lift operation.

PV2-1.0R - BST's 1" nitrogen charged bellows type pilot valve with a full 32/64" master port in the power section.  Requires BST's K2-1.0 latch.

WFM-14R - BST's version of Teledyne-Merla's spring operated 1" pilot valve with a 28/64" master port.  Requires WFM style latch.

PV-1.5R - BST's 1½" nitrogen charged bellows type pilot valve with a 36/64" master port.  Can be used with any 1½" latch.
