Nitrogen Charged Gas Lift Valves Versatility that pays! BST's GLV series wireline retrievable gas lift valves may be used for either continuous or intermittent flow gas lift production. The GLV & BR series valves are actuated by injection pressure; the GLVF series valves are actuated by fluid (production) pressure. All are available in a wide range of port sizes and can be used with various side pocket mandrels, allowing either tubing flow or casing flow. Standard Features include a durable, 3-ply Monel bellows, wear-resistant tungsten carbide stem, large volume dome, fluid silicone vibration damping, and integral backcheck. Operation: A predetermined nitrogen dome charge maintains the valve in the closed position until injection pressure (or fluid pressure for the GLVF type) exceeds the dome charge pressure and compresses the Monel bellows to lift the stem tip off the seat. Lift gas is then injected into the production conduit. The large dome volume of BST valves eliminates throttling, and fluid silicone minimizes vibration and chattering. All BST valves are made in the USA and conform to the standards of API Spec 11V1. GLV-1.0R - BST's 1" injection pressure operated gas lift valve for unloading and continuous gas lift operation, with a 3/8" maximum port. GLVF-1.0R - BST's 1" production pressure operated gas lift valve for continuous gas lift operation, with a ¼" maximum port. GLVP-1.0R - BST's 1" high pressure, protected bellows version of its injection pressure operated gas lift valve for unloading and continuous gas lift operation, with a 3/8" maximum port. GLV-1.5R - BST's 1½" injection pressure operated gas lift valve for unloading and continuous gas lift operation, with a ½" maximum port. GLFV-1.5R - BST's 1½" production pressure operated gas lift valve for continuous gas lift operation, with a 3/8" maximum port. BR-20 - BST's version of the R-20 injection pressure operated gas lift valve for unloading and continuous gas lift operation, with a maximum 32/64" port.
