BST's EDV-1.0R is a 1" equalizing dummy valve designed to isolate communication between casing and tubing, and is also designed to equalize the casing and tubing pressure when the equalizing prong is retrieved by wireline.  This valve has two sets of packing that straddle and pack off the casing ports in the mandrel pocket, and has an integral top latch.

Features:

•  Standard 17-4 PH stainless steel material, with monel and other premium materials optional.

•  Two sets of packing to straddle and pack off the casing ports.

•  Each equalizing dummy has an equalizing prong.

•  Casing/tubing pressure is equalized by pulling the prong by wireline with a 1¼" JDC pulling tool with core extension..

•  Each equalizing dummy has its own, integral top latch.  Can be based on K-1.0 latch style (standard - illustrated) or BK-2 latch style (optional).

•  Fluid can be circulated after equalization.

•  Wireline retrievable.  Use a JEK running tool and a 1¼" JDC without core extension to pull the valve.
